This is a space for movement, presence, and shared experience — guided by gifted practitioners who hold the body as both teacher and home. Here, practice becomes a way of listening, connecting, and returning to yourself.

MONDAYS

6 - 7:15PM: Yin Yoga with Emma Dinnie

Start your week by slowing down. Emma’s Monday evening class is a 75-minute holistic practice designed to support stress release and nervous system regulation. Each session gently weaves together somatic practices, breath-work, and intuitive movement, before settling into a deeply grounding yin yoga practice. This is a space to pause, to feel, and to reconnect - with your body, your breath, and your sense of safety.
A space to soften the grip, and return home to yourself.

A simple, shared practice

In a world that can feel unsettled, this is a gentle offering - a space to come together in sound, intention, and presence. THURSDAYS

6:30 - 8:30PM - Rite of Creation | Ritual performance, poetry & contact improvisation

Creativity is the practice of being alive.

This May, we open a closed 4-week container - a space for the creative in all of us to move, to be moved, and to be witnessed.

Through improvised movement, spoken word, and ritual, we explore the intelligence of the body - allowing stories to surface, take form, and transform.

Performance here is not spectacle, but something more honest.
An emergence shaped through presence and witnessing - where something shifts not only within the individual, but within the whole.

Over the four weeks, we will cultivate tools for improvisation, deepen the dimensions of relationship, and explore embodied imagination - tapping into the intelligence that lives in our bodies, hearts, and psyche. This journey culminates in a collective ritual.
