This is a space for movement, presence, and shared experience — guided by gifted practitioners who hold the body as both teacher and home. Here, practice becomes a way of listening, connecting, and returning to yourself.

TUESDAYs

5:45 - 7PM: Yoga with Yanna

Slow, safe and intelligently challenging hatha-vinyasa for all levels. A spacious, embodied practice that supports grounding, ease and clarity.

7:15 - 8:45PM: A Space to Move with Yanna Romano & Emma Louise

An open space to move freely to beautiful music. A wordless journey of expression through the language of gesture and movement.

WEDNESDAYS

7:45 - 8AM: Yoga Synergy with Isabella

Synergy Yoga is a mindful, integrative practice that blends functional movement, breath awareness, and alignment principles, with influences from Qi Gong and Hatha Yoga. Classes are designed to support a grounded connection to body and mind through intentional movement and conscious breathing. Held in a warm, supportive environment, this practice invites exploration, release, and a gentle return to self.

THURSDAYS

7:45 - 8:45AM: Pilates with Charlie

Charlie’s Pilates classes focus on building a strong foundation for power, strength, and stability. Through breath-led movement and core (“powerhouse”) activation, you’ll strengthen muscles, improve mobility and posture, and calm the nervous system. Each session is an invitation to listen inward — to find calm beyond the activation, and expansion beyond the movement.

5:45 - 6:45PM: Weekly Sadhana with Page

Sadhana means establishing an ongoing personal relationship with your practice - not as something to master, but as something that continually shapes you, even as you shape it. Practice here means an intentional, repeated exploration of how you inhabit yourself and the world. This class offers practical tools: breathing techniques that shift your state, philosophical frameworks that change perspective, movement patterns that build capacity. Every class includes some traditional yogic structure - philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and asana - but the physical practice is a fusion of Hatha and functional fitness, with the aim of building strength and mobility. Rigorous and grounding. Beginners are welcome. The work is rooted in exploration, not perfection.
